I love that you're ready once again to share your home, and heart, with a ....well, I was going to say pet, but we all know that they're more than that. When we adopted Dixie, we were amazed at how complicated the procedure had become. We were having a supervised visit with her at the shelter and, in her excitement, she piddled on my shoe. The fact that I didn't freak out over having a bit of dog pee on my shoe caused the observer to check off all his little check boxes in our favor. That sealed the deal and we were approved on the spot.
I know that your home visit will go just swell!
